How to Order
Orders can be placed via the following options:

Please use Order Form when placing orders via email or fax.
Please place your order 3 working days before actual delivery date.
We shall contact you upon receiving your order and to furnish payment details.
Payments
Payments can be made via the following methods:
- Fund transfer via Internet or ATM to DBS Account
- Cheque crossed and deposit to DBS Bank
- Cash on Delivery for orders less than S$100
All prices are in Singapore Dollars.
All orders must be fully paid before delivery. Please note that for purchases made via fund transfer and cheque deposit, goods will not be dispatched until funds are cleared.
Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver the gifts 3 days after receiving your order or on the date required by customers. We will notify you upon your order if we cannot fulfill your order.
FREE delivery within Singapore. Our products are delivered via courier service to your designated delivery address.
Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday 9.00AM to 5.00PM and Saturday 9.00AM to 1.00PM. There will be no deliveries on Sunday and Public Holidays.
A surcharge of S$15.00 per attempt will be charged for every redirection and second attempt delivery.
Refunds and Returns
All goods sold are non-refundable. However, we will gladly exchange items which are faulty. Please contact us to arrange exchange of products.
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate any changes where possible within reasons.
Substitution of Products
In the event that a product is unavailable or out of stock at the time of ordering, Cakes n Blooms reserves the right to substitute that product. We would ensure that products replaced will either be of equivalent or of greater value.
Privacies & Securities
Our clients’ details are guarded preciously by us. Cakes n Blooms will never share nor sell any personal details provided to us with any 3rd parties.
However, from time to time, you will receive newsletters from us informing of our new products and/or special promotions. If you would like us to remove your name from the mailing list please send us an email at cakesnblooms@gmail.com including your name and email address and we will gladly remove your details from our mailing list.
